About me
You're craving clarity, connection, and a deeper sense of ease, but something keeps getting in the way. Maybe you're moving through a major life transition, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or past trauma, or finding yourself stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. You long to feel more at home in yourself, more seen in your relationships, and more aligned with your path.
I support individuals and couples in integrating trauma, deepening emotional connection, and navigating life with greater clarity, compassion, and intention. Whether you're here solo or with a partner, I offer a warm, inclusive space where all parts of you and your partnership are welcomed and honored.
My practice is rooted in a deep respect for your lived experience. I specialize in working with women, men, gender non-conforming, and LGBTQ+ folks who are navigating life transitions, PTSD, complex trauma, neurodivergence (including ADHD and Autism), OCD, anxiety, and depression.
For individuals, this might look like integrating past wounds, cultivating self-understanding, or reconnecting with your inner sense of self. For couples, it might mean untangling communication challenges, deepening emotional intimacy, and building secure, connected relationships.
My holistic, trauma-informed approach weaves together Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, psychodynamic principles, and body-based (somatic) trauma work. For those seeking deeper meaning and transformation, I also hold space for psychospiritual exploration.
Therapy can be a powerful space to reconnect with yourself, understand the patterns that have shaped you, and move toward a life that feels more grounded and authentic to who you are. It’s an honor to walk alongside you on this journey toward trauma integration, reconnection, and the meaningful change you deserve.
